What Focus-Drift does with your data

Focus-Drift is built to run entirely on your iPhone. It does not collect, transmit, or store any information outside of your device. There are no accounts to create, no servers it talks to, and nothing about your usage ever leaves your phone.

What is stored, and where

The attention owners you name, the minutes you log, and the notes you add are saved locally in the app's on-device database (Core Data). A small set of preferences — such as haptics and your week's start day — are saved locally as well, using standard iOS on-device storage.

None of this is backed up to any service Focus-Drift controls, because Focus-Drift does not operate any service. If your device backs up to iCloud, that is a setting of your device, not a function of this app.

What we do not do

• We do not collect any personal information.
• We do not use the internet or make network requests of any kind.
• We do not track, profile, or advertise to you.
• We do not require sign-in of any kind.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer anything, because nothing ever reaches us.

Removing your data

You are always in control of what Focus-Drift holds. Inside Settings, the Erase screen lets you type the word ERASE to permanently clear every owner and entry from your device. Deleting the app itself also removes everything it has stored, since there is no copy anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the update will appear on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use Focus-Drift after a change means you accept the revised policy.
